Whenever there is a big change in someone’s life, it’s possible to feel grief and loss. Loss can be of anything including: relationship breakup; death of a loved one; end of a dream; etc.
Sadness can lead to physical symptoms such as loss of appetite, difficulty sleeping or having brain fog.
One of the worst parts of grieving, is not knowing if there’s a normal way to do it. Everybody has an opinion and when you’re in it, it’s difficult to figure out what’s proper.
The truth is, everyone deals with grief and loss in different ways and there is no one right way.
