    Yes. Many parents do, especially for young adults who need support getting started.

    Yes. What you share in therapy stays private, within the limits of professional and legal guidelines.

  • What if I don’t want my parents to know what I share?

    Everything you share in therapy is confidential, even if your parents booked the session for you (unless there’s a safety concern).

  • How do I know if therapy will work for me?

    Many people come to therapy unsure if it will help. The first step is simply showing up. Together, we’ll figure out if it feels like a good fit.

  • Do I have to commit to a certain number of sessions?

    No. You decide how often and how long you’d like to continue. Some people come short-term, others longer.
